Comfortable stay at Tenza. Will stay again.
It's location is within 5 min walk from Hakata station. Our Superior twin room was really spacious and can open 2 large luggage comfortably. The bedding is comfortable and the toilet and bathroom seem to be renovated. So it's really clean. I like the breakfast because of its variety and quality. It starts from 7am till 10am. On the last day, as we needed to catch an early flight(you can take the airport bus to International Terminal from the nearby Hakata bus terminal from 6.50am) , they allowed us to pack a takeaway from the buffet table at 7am. And there is Costa coffee at the lobby at a small fee of 100yen. There are plenty of food options in the area.
The room furniture has seen much better days and should be changed. Some parts are velcroed to prevent it from dropping off. The hotel believes in saving the earth, so for 2-3 nights stay, there will be no makeup room service, but towels (and garbage) can be left out at the door and changed daily. Not really a big issue for us really.
